What is Workday?

Workday is Lesley's all-in-one Human Resources and Payroll system. It’s a self-service tool where all employees, including faculty, professional staff, and student employees (with campus jobs) can view and manage personal information, make changes to tax, payroll, and benefit elections.

Former employees looking for their W2 information should access it through Workday or ADP.
Sign In Workday For Former Employees
Former employees of Lesley who wish to access their information can do so via the Workday platform. Here's how to access your Workday account:

On your separation date you will receive 2 emails to your personal email. Login with the username and temporary password emailed to you.

One email will provide your Username. The other email will provide a Direct Link to Workday and a Temporary Password. If you do not see these emails in your personal inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

Enter your login credentials, username and temporary password and click sign In

Change your password. You will enter the temporary password as the Old Password and create your own unique password following the requirements.
