Foundations in EDIJ is a constellation of training programs hosted by the Office of EDIJ at Lesley University that feature core aspects of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Justice. These offerings represent important opportunities for the community to experience learning that builds skillfulness around values and belonging.
Bystander Intervention will feature skill- and knowledge-building around bystander intervention and how participants can identify opportunities to support one another and the community in challenging interpersonal moments. Participants can expect an opportunity to learn about bystander intervention and assess the types of incidences that they can respond to using a variety of practices. We invite the use of real-life scenarios to try out practicing the tools.
