Information Technology (IT) staff are working on a hybrid schedule, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Where do I find information on the Laptop Program?

The Lesley University Laptop Program is a comprehensive service for all students, faculty, and staff to purchase a laptop and receive technical support for their personally-owned computer.  Services include repair, virus removal, software installations, and component upgrades regardless of where you purchased your computer.

How do I get started with Zoom?

Visit our support page for details on getting started with Zoom. You can also visit Zoom’s Help Center, which provides answers to many common questions. There you will find getting started articles showing you how to install Zoom, schedule virtual meetings, and troubleshoot solutions.

 

How do I change my display name to a name of my choosing?

Lesley community members can choose how they want their name to be displayed by indicating a chosen name. For more information, support portal page.

How do I submit a ticket?

Information Technology is here to help.  If you are unable to find an answer by searching on the support portal, you can submit a ticket for assistance from one of our support staff. There are a few ways you can submit a support ticket:
