The Center for Academic Achievement empowers all Lesley students to succeed through individual tutoring, academic support and advocacy.
The Center for Academic Achievement offers peer tutoring to undergraduate and graduate students taking classes in degree-granting programs at Lesley University. Students can focus on projects involving writing, reading comprehension, library research, brainstorming, or time management. Tutors work with students one-on-one or in small groups as they exchange ideas and feedback, explore their learning styles, and develop new skills. The Center also provides support for students with learning differences (LD) and for students whose first language is other than English (ESL). The Center offers online tutoring services to all students enrolled in Lesley off-campus, degree-granting or low residency programs.
Tutorial sessions are by appointment only. Visit our office or call (617)349-8459 to schedule a session.

Lesley's Center for Academic Achievement offers academic support to all students enrolled in courses within a Lesley degree-granting program. Last year the Center provided more than 10,000 hours of individual tutoring to the Lesley community. Central to our mission is the belief that cognitively capable students have diverse ways of learning related to their cognitive, experiential, and cultural differences. The Center for Academic Achievement provides support to students in their academic requirements and assists them in becoming more independent and successful learners, equipped with knowledge of their abilities so as to gain a deeper educational experience at Lesley. The Center also works with faculty and staff in accommodating the individual needs and abilities of all students.
The Center offers peer tutoring, online tutoring support, and test administration for students with accommodations. Our policies and practices encompass all students, including those with Learning Disabilities and English Language Learners.
