The Technology Support Services Division of IT is led by the Director of Information Technology, and is the first line of support for all technology related issues, concerns or questions. This division is responsible for support services, the University switchboard, desktop/laptop deployment, maintenance and repair, classroom equipment management and overall technology asset management.
The Information Technology Self Help Portal can help you with a variety of issues, from how to access your electronic accounts, to backing up your computer, using Blackboard, MyLesley, LOIS, and other digital resources, and even how to use your phone.
Our Laptop Program is a comprehensive service for all students, faculty, and staff to purchase a laptop and receive technical support for their personally-owned computer.
Services include repair, virus removal, software installations, and component upgrades regardless of where you purchased your computer.
