The Facilities team ensures that campus spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming. They oversee building operations, custodial services, groundskeeping, and maintenance across all Lesley properties. This includes managing heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems, supporting campus events with room setup and logistics, and coordinating repairs to classrooms, offices, and residential spaces. The team also partners with vendors and contractors on construction, renovation, and sustainability projects so Lesley can reduce its footprint while improving spaces for the university community.
Campus Safety & Services oversees public safety, the Lesley Alerts emergency notification system, the University virtual bookstore, campus parking and shuttle Services, campus laundry facilities, CashLynx, and ID cards. Its mission is to provide a safe campus environment and accessible services.

Lesley University’s Information Technology (IT) department maintains the university’s computer systems, networks, and learning platforms, providing technology training, troubleshooting, equipment loans, and classroom technology support; including AV services and HyFlex smartboards. Specialized IT staff support the Art and Design programs by running facilities like the Digital Lockup and Fabrication Lab, assisting with 3-D printing and design lab technology. The IT Help Desk and Support Hub offer accessible technical assistance for all students, faculty, and staff, ensuring effective teaching, learning, and event technology across campus.
