Request Support from Marketing and Communications

The Marketing and Communications department is available to assist with a variety of needs, including event promotion and production, design and/or print requests, public relations, communications or marketing plans, web content creation, social media, and advertising. • Marketing and Communication Request Form

  Use this form to request projects from the Marketing and Communications department, including event promotion and production, design and/or print requests, public relations, communications or marketing plans, web content creation, social media, and advertising.

  Fill out our form for Marketing and Communications to request support. If you need to order stationery or business cards, you can do so through the university procurement page.

• Lesley Website Support
  • Many web requests can be handled by the web editor assigned to your department. Check with your web editor first before submitting a request for web support.
  • If your department does not have a web editor, please fill out the Web Request Form for assistance.
  • Find your department's web editor and learn more about requesting Lesley Website support.
• Post an Event to the Lesley Calendar

  If you would like to publish your event on the university website, please use our Marketing and Communications Request Form. The Marketing and Communications Office handles these requests and will be in touch with any questions. The Marketing and Communications Office also publicizes events to the university community and the external public. Should you wish to request assistance with publicizing an event, contact us at news@lesley.edu at least three weeks before your planned event.

  To request a space for your event, use the room reservation system 25 live (log in with your Lesley email credentials). Visit the Technology Event Support page if you need tech support for an event, and fill out a School Dude request if you have facility needs.

• Contact the Media

  The Marketing and Communications Office is responsible for facilitating all outreach to the media on Lesley’s behalf. If you are seeking coverage of a university program, faculty member, student, or activity, or if you have a story idea, contact the communications office at news@lesley.edu.

• Visual and Audio Release Forms

  All students, alumni, faculty, and staff featured in photography and video work need to fill out a release form prior to the event or shoot. Please download the appropriate form and fill it out. Please submit signed forms to Marketing and Communications via email.
