2.  Go to a local library near your home.
Search by title in the library catalog. Write call number and location.
Your public library may have some books relevant to academic research, either in their collection or through their network. A local college or university library may offer borrowing privileges to local residents or may share their books with public libraries through their network.
Book's not there?   Ask your public library to get the book through Interlibrary Loan. Pick it up at the public library.   Note: Follow the link to see what Interlibrary Loan is.
Public library can't get the book?  Search the FLO library catalog. Can't wait for Interlibrary Loan?  Buy the book!
