Encyclopedias
Encyclopedias contain factual articles on many subjects. University
libraries specialize in academic reference books: encyclopedias, dictionaries,
atlases, handbooks, statistical sources, etc. Most of these academic
reference books focus on a specific field of study (e.g. psychology)
or topic (e.g. violence).
