Who do I contact if I need technology support?
Our skilled technicians maintain a diverse work schedule. In order to better serve you, call center representatives are available 24/7 via phone and e-mail. If you have a technical question or require technical assistance dial ext. 8770 from on campus or 617-349-8770 from off campus to reach a representative. You can also e-mail the details of your request, inquiry or problem to ut@lesley.edu and it will be routed to the appropriate division of University Technology.

Hours for On-site Desktop and Classroom Support:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

General UT Office Hours:
Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm
