Student subdirectory Request Form

Lesley faculty members who wish to provide students with subdirectories within their own faculty web accounts may request these accounts using the form below.  These accounts are created for temporary use for a particular course. 

Please create a course subdirectory within your main faculty directory.  For example, if your main directory is http://ada.lesley.edu/faculty/fteinste, your course subdirectory might be http://ada.lesley.edu/faculty/fteinste/eeduc_5100_07fa.  Please be sure to create this new directory before submitting this request form.

Account information will be sent via email.  Normal turn-around time for account creation is five business days. Faculty are responsible for sharing account name, password, and expiration date details with their students.
