About University TechnologyMissionThe mission of University Technology is to collaborate across Lesley University supporting the use, integration, innovation and advancement of technology strengthening the academic and administrative experience for all University constituents. OrganizationUniversity Technology is lead by the Chief Information Officer and consists of 3 divisions to support technology across the University (Academic Technology is now being managed under the Provost Office, www.lesley.edu/provost/provost.html).
Administrative Applications Administrative Applications Division of UT is led by the Director of Administrative Applications with a mission of promoting and supporting administrative and academic use of technology applications throughout the University. This division is responsible for all centralized applications and hardware utilized in the support of academic and administrative activities throughout the university. [ back to top ] Help Desk Operations Division of UT is led by the Manager of Help Desk Operations with the responsibility of first line of support for all technology related issues, concerns or questions. This division is responsible for support services, desktop/laptop deployment, maintenance and repair, classroom equipment management, overall technology asset management and the University switchboard. [ back to top ] Infrastructure Division of University Technology is led by the Associate Director of Infrastructure with a mission of supporting the connectivity needs of the institution throughout the campus and remotely. This division is responsible for all phone and Internet access, the services used to provide this access as well as all the technology components throughout the campus utilized to provide this access.
