Announcements

• Equipment reservation pick up has moved from the 4th Floor of the Library to the UT Help Desk in the Lower Level of University Hall.  Faculty and staff can reserve equipment from by filling out the Reservation Form.
• University Technology has updated it's info regarding departmental purchases for faculty and staff, as well as discounts for students, faculty and staff.

• Did you know support services from Technology Support Services are available 24/7 via phone?  Dial ext. 8770 or 617-349-8770 from off campus.  You can also send an e-mail to ut@lesley.edu for support.

• Visit the self service Help Center for quick answers on common support issues.  The Help Center can be accessed from the UT home page www.lesley.edu/ut or directly at http://lesley.edu/ut/help/. The UT online help center is a self-help resource which allows the Lesley community to search for answers, and find step-by-step directions for common technology questions. The Help Center will provide you information by categories as well as the ability to search for all help articles related to a specific topic.  Please take the opportunity to explore the Help Center and feel free to send us your feedback at ut@lesley.edu.  We look forward to hearing your feedback and further developing the Help Center to meet the community needs.
