OVERVIEW OF THE RESIDENCE HALLS

All rooms are furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, ceiling light, dresser, window shades, wardrobe or closet space, and carpet. All residence halls are non-smoking. Internet access is available for each resident. Cable television access is available in each room.

Crockett – Crockett House is a three-story Victorian style house located right next door to the Threshold Offices. It is a co-ed building that houses approximately 24 students and has the Resident Director Apartment on site. The house is made up of many different sizes of doubles, triples, and one single room. There are 5 full private bathrooms throughout the building. The lounge has couches, cable TV/DVD, small kitchenette with a full refrigerator and a microwave. Students are also welcome to use the coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement.

Wendell – Wendell House is a newly renovated three-story Victorian style house located right on the corner of Oxford and Wendell Streets. It is a co-ed building that houses approximately 24 students and has two Graduate Resident Assistant Suites. The first floor has two handicap-accessible double rooms, a fully accessible private bathroom, and coin- operated washer and dryer (for students requiring accessible access only). The second and third floors are each made up of double and single rooms with one full private bathroom and foyer area. There is a large lounge with beautiful new furniture, cable TV/DVD, and microwave. Students are welcome to use the coin-operated washers and dryers in the basements. This building is shared with Lesley College Undergraduates, the populations are separated for the most part and each has their own entrances, lounge, and bathrooms.

Oxford – Oxford House is a cozy two-story house located directly behind the Threshold Offices. It has four single rooms (typically inhabited by bridge year or second year students) and two full private bathrooms. There is a lounge with a couch, cable TV/DVD, and microwave. The beautiful new teaching kitchen is located on the first floor with another full private bathroom.

Washer/Dryer Access

There are coin-operated machines located in Crockett and Wendell; however, there are a limited number of machines. We often encourage students to use the wash-and-fold option at Oxford Laundry located just one block down Oxford Street.
