This manual is for people interested in the job performance of individuals with learning disabilities. It defines on-the-job problems and offers guidelines for supervision which contributes to more effective job performance by these employees. The findings and suggested techniques for supervision are based on a research study conducted in the greater Boston area in human service agencies and business settings which provide internships and employment to people with special needs.
