Technology in Education Programs

Request More Information

Lesley University's technology in education programs offer degree and licensure programs of study that focus on the use of technology to support student learning, accommodating the full range of learning styles and fully integrating technology into the curriculum. Program participants are educators who desire to build on their expertise through practical, hands-on tools and projects, intellectual exchange on 21st century education, and field research on the use of technologies to support student learning.

During the program, students will build an understanding of the pedagogies and theories that guide implementation of classroom technologies. They will develop project e-portfolios, organize and manage data, promote collaborative problem-solving, encourage learning and communication in a global context, develop models, conduct research, manage administrative records, support planning and budgeting, provide professional development, and use technology as a tool to address equity of access and use.

This is an individual option listed in the Massachusetts state regulations and not an approved program. Those interested in taking advantage of this option should consult with an Assistant Director for Academic Advising and Student Services in the Graduate School of Education before enrolling in courses.
