Undergraduate Study Abroad Opportunites

General Guidelines

Where do I begin?

  1. Download Choosing a program [doc] to generate ideas and clarify your academic objectives, geographic interests and financial parameters.
  2. Complete the preliminary information form [doc] and email it to lcexchange@lesley.edu to request a MANDATORY meeting with us at least one semester before you plan to study abroad. The more information you share with us about your interests, the more helpful we can be in helping you to structure a realistic and appropriate study abroad program.
  3. In addition to meeting with the Study Abroad Office, inform your Academic Adviser of your interest in studying abroad and begin planning the courses you might take abroad.

How much will it cost?

A semester abroad generally costs about the same as a typicial semester on campus. In most cases, federal and state aid are transferable to your study abroad program. For more information on Financial Aid and to check the details of your specific aid package, go to Lesley's Office of Financial Aid. Also please take a look at our External Funding Resources information.

What if I have more questions?
