graduate housing
You can live 5 minutes from Harvard Square, walk to classes, and be a part of a graduate student residential community.
Lesley University is offering graduate students the opportunity to live on-campus during the upcoming academic year, and wanted to be sure you knew about it! We have a limited number of rooms in two of our Victorian houses on campus, offering students a chance to live in a campus learning environment in the heart of Cambridge.
The Victorian houses are centrally located on the Cambridge campus and each building includes a shared kitchen, shared bathrooms, laundry machines, and a common area. We expect these spaces to go quickly, as rates include heat, hot water, electricity, cable, and internet capability.
Following are the costs for a double room or a single room:
Double Room:
$5400. per academic year / per person
Single Room:
$6525. per academic year
Large Single Room:
$7425. per academic year
All students living in University housing are expected to sign a contract that commits them to the space for one academic year (September - May). As a student living in on-campus housing, you also have the option to purchase the University meal plan. The cost of a meal plan is $4,700 for the academic year.
Students interested in living on campus for 2009-2010 must complete a Graduate Housing Application [pdf] and submit a $300 non-refundable room deposit. If you have additional questions about University housing, please contact Rob Geddes, Assistant Director of Residence Life at reslife@lesley.edu or call the Office of Residence Life at 617-349-8585.
We would appreciate your assistance in spreading the word about this terrific opportunity!
