35 Mellen House

35 Mellen House is located across from the South Campus Quad on Mellen Street. This Victorian style house was recently renovated and opened in the fall of 2006. The rooms are mostly double rooms with a few single rooms. There are three floors in this house and is currently a Co-ed house. There are 23 students who live in this house including one Community Advisor. There are full bathrooms on each floor that residents share. The first floor is where the lounge and the kitchen are located. The lounge area is furnished with chairs and couches and has cable TV. The kitchen is full sized and has a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
