16-18 Wendell House

16-18 Wendell St. House is located on south campus. This Victorian style house is a newly renovated which opened in September of 2007. It consists of mostly double and single rooms. Currently, this house is Co-ed and houses 42 residents. There are bathroom facilities located on each of the four floors. On the ground floor there is a full sized kitchen equipped with all the amenities such as a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator spacious counter tops and cabinets.Also on the ground floor is the laundry room and a lounge area with couches and cable television.
