Student Classroom Reservations Policy
General Conditions applying to all student bookings of classroom space:
- Scheduling for classes and official university events takes precedence over student bookings, regardless of the timing of either activity.
- Classroom usage is for Lesley students only. Any guests accompanying a Lesley student must be endorsed by a faculty member.
- Student use of classroom space is limited to activities directly related to course requirements or assignments, except piano practice rooms and studio art space.
- No fees can be charged for general admission to a student performance.
- Faculty sponsors are responsible for audio-visual set-ups if needed for student-scheduled room reservations.
- Requests for classroom space for activities sponsored by the university which involve students (i.e., student clubs and organizations) require the appropriate faculty or staff sponsor.
