Grading Reminders

  • Enter your students' grades in LOIS, not myLesley. The myLesley gradebook is a tool for your personal use, and the entries there are never moved to students' transcripts.

  • The LOIS grade results form shows only those students you've actually graded. If you accidentally skip someone, you could miss it! Best to verify grade submissions by returning to the grade roster and having a final look.

  • Did someone attend your class who doesn't show up on your grade roster? Click the link at the bottom of the roster to record names and grades for anyone who's not officially registered. Once the student registers for the course, we will use your information to enter her/his grade.

Blended and Online Program Grade Submission Deadlines:

  • Grades for students in blended and online programs are due 15 days after the final date of the course; find the exact date on your class or grade roster on LOIS.

  • Grade deadlines for graduation/conferral candidates, see below.

GRADUATING STUDENTS (includes all grade changes)

  • Feb '12 conferral: Jan 25

  • May '12 grad: May 7

  • May '12 LCAL:
    May 7 for students in graduate or LCAL courses
    May 12 for students in AIB or LC courses

  • May '12 AIB/LC: May 12
NON-GRADUATING STUDENTS

  • Fall '11 blended/online term 1: Nov 5

  • Fall '11 blended/online term 2: Jan 2

  • Fall '11 on-campus AIB, LC, LCAL: Jan 2

  • Fall '11 on-campus graduate students: Jan 4

  • Spring '12 blended/online term 1: Mar 10

  • Spring '12 blended/online term 2: May 5

  • Spring '12 on-campus: May 26
