Alumni Discount Request Form

All alumni are entitled to a ten percent discount on tuition for any on-campus Lesley University course. Please see the Student Accounts Office web site for Tuition Discount Policies.

Alumni who graduated prior to 1989 must complete an Alumni Discount Request form and submit it with their registration form, tuition, and fees. Students who graduated after 1989 do not need to complete this form as they are already in the University's computer system. The Alumni Discount Request form is available here as an Adobe PDF, or in paper form from the Office of the University Registrar or the Office of Alumni Relations.

Print out the Alumni Discount Request form from your browser and mail along with registration form, tuition and fees to:
