The University owns several pieces of residential property. Ranging from studios to 3-bedrooms, the University owns, rents and maintains approximately 80 rental units. These are available to both Lesley affiliates and non-affiliates.

As of August 25, 2008, we have the following available:

-3 Bedroom - $2300/month - heat and hot water included -12 month lease

-Winthrop Hall @ 7 St. John's Rd - includes all utilities and wireless internet access -shared kitchen and bath on each floor -9 month lease -rooms are priced as follows: $888/mo/person for 3 room, triple occupancy, $1066/mo/person for 3 room, double occupancy and $1166/mo for 2 room single occupancy.
