Who Should Apply? We encourage all students considering a program of study at Lesley to contact the Financial Aid Office for application materials and assistance with the financial aid process. Pursuing a higher degree is a worthwhile investment, but we understand that the associated expenses may seem daunting. Don't let finances deter you from pursuing your education. Generally, all students who fulfill basic eligibility requirements, have completed financial aid applications, and are formally admitted to a program of study are eligible for some type of financial aid. Eligibility RequirementsIn order to receive financial assistance, an eligible student must be a degree candidate and maintain a minimum of half-time academic status as defined by your academic program: 6 credits per semester for undergraduate students, 4.5 credits per semester for graduate students, or 3 credits per mini-term for graduate cohort students. Financial aid at Lesley is limited to U.S. citizens and eligible non-citizens. International students are not eligible for financial aid from Lesley. Other Eligibility RequirementsSelective Service:If you are a male born after January 1, 1960, you must register or have registered with the Selective Service. Defaulted Loans:If you have defaulted on a previous student loan, you are not eligible for federal assistance, unless your default status has been resolved. If you have questions about the loan default or Selective Service requirements, please contact the Financial Aid Office at (617) 349-8581 or (800) 999-1959, ext. 8581. updated 02/08/08 | 02:01 PM
