Thanks to Lynne Clough, Linda Roscoe, and Stephanie Wilson for this helpful chart for determining approximately how many hours per week your work study student can work, without going over his/her work study award.

Please note: This chart is based on the most common award amount-- $1800/year ($900/semester) for undergraduate and graduate students.  If your student employee's award is different, please adjust accordingly.  Also, please make sure to ask your work study student if he/she has any other work study jobs that may affect the number of available hours.  This chart is based on a 15 week semester.
