Registering for ClassesIf you have received an award letter for the term for which you are registering and are using a paper registration form, please check the box on your registration form indicating that you are a recipient of financial aid. This will alert the Student Accounts Office that you expect financial aid resources to be applied toward your billed tuition and fees. Off-campus students should register for all of their semester classes at the beginning of the term. On-campus undergraduate students: In order to receive your maximum eligibility for federal and state grants, you must register for all classes, including independent studies, and must have submitted completed consortium agreements before the end of each semester’s add/drop period. Off-campus undergraduate students (cohort models): Federal and state grant eligibility for off-campus cohort students will be confirmed at the time of disbursement. Therefore, you must register for all classes, including independent studies, and must have submitted completed consortium agreements before each semester’s disbursement date. Disbursement dates vary by cohort. (To confirm your specific disbursement date, please contact the Office of Financial Aid.) If your registration differs from what is listed on your award letter, grant amounts may be adjusted accordingly. If you have not yet received a financial aid award letter at the time you need to register, please refer to our section on financing options. When your funds are disbursed, they will be applied directly to your Lesley University student account, towards your charges for the semester. Any remaining funds will be issued to you in the form of a refund check. updated 03/25/08 | 01:12 PM
