Perkins loan entrance and exit counseling

If your financial aid award letter for the current academic year includes a Perkins loan, start your on-line Perkins loan entrance and exit counseling here. Once you have completed your entrance counseling, you will be given the opportunity to electronically sign your Perkins loan Master Promissory Note (MPN).
