Most students who borrowed Stafford Loans through Lesley will have their loans serviced by SallieMae Loan Servicing, Inc. You can contact SallieMae's customer service at (888) 2SALLIE, or you may access your account information online. We encourage you to utilize SallieMae's online account information, as it provides up-to-date information on your balance, repayment status, and products and services offered by SallieMae to help you manage repaying your student loans.

Federal Ombudsman

If you have problems with your lender, school, or loan servicing agency, you must attempt to resolve those problems with that agency first.
