Financial Aid forms for Lesley college Students

New Students: If you are applying for Financial Aid at Lesley University for the first time, you must submit the FAFSA form and a Lesley College Institutional Financial Aid Application.

Returning students: Please complete only the FAFSA, unless we have sent you a letter asking for verification documents.

• FAFSA Application Form - Don't forget to include Lesley University's school code (002160) so that our office can receive it electronically.
  • For the 2007-2008 Academic Year (September 2007 - August 2008), please complete a 2007-2008 FAFSA.
  • For the 2008-2009 Academic Year (September 2008 - August 2009), please complete a 2008-2009 FAFSA.

• If you would like to change your Federal Stafford Loan Lender, please submit a Lender Change Form. This form is submitted electronically. If you have not used Dynamic Forms before, you will need to create an account before you can complete and submit the form online. (Tip: why not use your myLesley login and password?)
