Disbursement of funds - Refund checks

Students are awarded aid on a semester basis. The Financial Aid Office must confirm your enrollment before funds can be disbursed. Funds for off-campus students are disbursed once you have begun your second three-credit course for each term. This means many students will not have their student loans disbursed until at least the middle of the traditional semester and in some cases even closer to the end of the traditional semester.

Note: Students who intend to use their refunds for living expenses should plan accordingly! You most likely will not receive your refund check at the beginning of the semester.
