Organization description: Serves approximately 400 children under three years of age in the Dorchester/South Boston community who have either a known disabling physical or mental condition, or who are at risk of developmental delays due to biological or environmental factors. The services provided are determined by the needs of each particular child and family, but may include the following: multidisciplinary developmental assessments, in-home developmental play stimulation, toddler developmental play groups, parent education and support groups, individual or family therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and service coordination/advocacy.
