Massachusetts Charter schools

Charter schools are public schools managed independently from the regular school systems. They operate under a five-year charter from the Massachusetts Board of Education to create a special school without some of the constraints of a traditional public school. Students elect to go to a charter school.

The name given is the person who should receive information from teaching and school counselor candidates. This information is correct as of November 2006.
