Mental Health Screening
The Lesley University Counseling Center welcomes you to the online screening for depression, anxiety, alcohol and eating disorders.
This FREE screening is made available to all Lesley University/AIB students and is completely anonymous. The screening is provided so that you may find out - in a few minutes - whether or not professional consultation might be helpful to you.
At the end of the screening, you will receive immediate results which can be taken to a counselor in the Counseling Center. To schedule a meeting with a counselor, which will include a confidential discussion of the screening results and available resources, please call us at the Counseling Center, 617.349.8545. For after-hours emergencies, please call 911 or go to your local emergency room.
The online screening program is completely confidential; no personal information is collected. Neither SMH (Screening for Mental Health, Inc.) nor the Counseling Center can view your individual results.
Drug and Alcohol Screening
Lesley invites students who may have questions or concerns about their drug or alcohol use to check out our new interactive online screening and feedback tools.
E-CHUG (Electronic Check-Up to Go) and E-TOKE (electronic THC Online Knowledge Experience) are brief assessment and feedback tools designed to provide objective and non-judgmental information to students regarding their alcohol and marijuana use. In completing these assessments, you will be prompted to enter demographic information as well as information about your substance use, spending patterns, and lifestyle. The e-TOKE and e-CHUG tools calculate a number of variables and compare your responses to national and local college norms. The short assessments are self-guided, and require no face-to-face contact time with a counselor or administrator. All responses are kept strictly confidential and NO staff or administrators at Lesley University will have access to your responses or personal feedback.
If you have been required to complete this tool, please enter your name and email information upon completion when prompted to do so. The Alcohol and Drug Education Coordinator at Lesley will be able to verify your completion of this screening tool, but no one can access your personal responses. If you have any questions or comments regarding this tool, or if you would like to discuss your results, please contact Sharon Harrington at the Counseling Center at ext. 8591 or sharring@lesley.edu.
