AmeriCorps Student Leaders in Service (ASLIS)

ASLIS offers students who perform 300 hours of community service in a calender year the opportunity to receive a $1000 scholarship. Please contact Dan Flynn for more information.

Tutoring Plus of Cambridge

Tutoring Plus puts Lesley students in a one-on-one tutoring and mentoring program with a Cambridge youth. Opportunities are offered Monday - Thursday, for one hour a night, one night a week. Volunteers are asked to commit for the semester, as this greatly enhances the relationship between volunteer and youth. For more details or to sign up contact the Office of Community Service.

America Reads

America Reads is an opportunity for Work Study eligible students to earn money while promoting literacy to Cambridge youth. The program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4 (4:00 - 5:30 every other Tuesday for paid trainings). Volunteers must commit to the full semester.
