Tuition Discounts
- The following discounts are not currently offered for Lesley College, Art Institute of Boston, Threshold, Off-Campus, MFA, or Online courses.
- Discounts will not apply if other promotional rates or reductions are applied to the tuition charge (ie. vouchers, employee discounts, special offering rates, etc).
- Discounts will not apply to any deferred tuition payments or special payment arrangements.
- Discounts may not be combined.
- Discounts will not be applied retroactively.
- Other restrictions may apply. Policies are subject to change.
Alumni Discount
Lesley University Alumni are entitled to a 10% tuition reduction on most on-campus courses. This discount is applicable to AIB Extended Programs, Continuing Education, Adult Bachelor's Programs, Graduate School of Arts and Social Sciences, and School of Education courses at the current on campus tuition rate. Off campus students in a postgraduate program may be eligible for this discount. Students will automatically receive this discount for eligible courses with a start date after the student's Lesley Commencement date.
*Students who graduated prior to 1989 must submit an alumni discount form to the Office of the University Registrar to begin receiving this discount.
Senior Citizen Discount
Senior Citizens are entitled to a 10% tuition reduction on most on-campus courses. This discount is applicable to Adult Bachelor's Programs, Graduate School of Arts and Social Sciences, and School of Education courses at the current on campus tuition rate. Students must be at least 55 years of age by the start of class in order to receive the discount for that course.
Cambridge Public School Teacher Discount
Cambridge, MA public school teachers are entitled to a 10% tuition reduction to most on-campus graduate level courses. This discount is applicable to Graduate School of Arts and Social Sciences and School of Education courses at the current on campus tuition rate. In order to take advantage of this discount, active Cambridge, MA public school teachers must attach proof of current employment to the registration form at the time of registration for each registration period. Documentation must be submitted to the Student Accounts Office prior to the last day of Add/Drop each semester. Discounts will be credited after the Add/Drop period.
Cambridge Resident Discount
Cambridge, MA residents are entitled to a 10% tuition reduction for most on-campus graduate level courses. This discount is applicable to Graduate School of Arts and Social Sciences, School of Education, and Adult Bachelor's Programs courses at the current on campus tuition rate. In order to take advantage of this discount, current Cambridge, MA residents must submit proof of residency. A lease with a Cambridge, MA address is the preferred documentation. The Cambridge Resident Discount will be honored for the duration of the lease and you will not be required to submit additional documentation for this time period. Other acceptable documents to prove residency include any two of the following that each must show a Cambridge, MA address and be dated within thirty days of submission: utility bills, cell phone bill, credit card bill, or bank statement. These documents must be submitted to the Student Accounts Office prior to the last day of Add/Drop each semester. There are no exceptions. Discounts will be credited after the Add/Drop period for each semester.
Discounts WILL NOT be applied retroactively.
