MBTA Parking Coupons

Due to recent changes within the MBTA, they are no longer providing pre-paid parking vouchers for Alewife and Quincy Adams parking vouchers as was the previous practice. We will continue to work with them to solve this problem.

The Office of Campus Services has worked with Public Safety and the Finance Office to develop an alternative mechanism for providing monthly student reimbursement.

Students must submit valid receipts from the Alewife or Quincy Adams garage. In the event you are not able to secure a valid receipt from the garage, a photocopy of the parking stub including the date stamp will be sufficient. Reimbursement will not be processed without verification of parking. Receipts received on or before the last day of a given month will be reimbursed in the following month.

Students will need to fill out the MBTA Parking reimbursement form [doc] and deliver it to the Public Safety Office, next to the Marran Gallery, or to the Public Safety desks, at University Hall and at AIB at 700 Beacon Street.

Lesley's Office of Accounts Payable will prepare a single monthly reimbursement check and mail the reimbursement check to the name and address as listed on the reimbursement form.
