Use the Budget Calculator to help determine the cost of living off campus
When deciding to move off campus, there are many factors to consider when coming up with a list of expenses- both one time expenses (which cover costs associated with installation fees as well as move-in fees) and monthly expenses (which cover costs associated with rent, utilities, and subscription fees).
To help you prepare and keep track of all of your expenses, the Office of Residence Life has created a Budget Calculator. This calculator will allow you to input different amounts for each category and determine the yearly cost of living off campus.
To use, just download the form on your right and plug in the estimated cost for all of the expenses listed below. You can adjust the costs at any time, so feel free to try many different scenarios and try out different rent options.
