- If you graduated after 1989, there is no need to complete this form; you are already in the University's computer system. When you register, your discount will be applied automatically.
- If you graduated prior to 1989, download, print, and complete an Alumni Discount Request form [pdf] and submit it with your registration form, tuition, and fees.
- The discount request form is also available in paper form from the Office of the University Registrar or the Office of Alumni Relations.
