Learn about the Reggio Emilia Approach in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
We are not running a Lesley Study Tour in 2017. However, below, find what has happened in the past. If you are interested in our upcoming Study Tours to Reggio Emilia, please let us know and you will be advised of future trips. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please join us as we travel to Reggio Emilia, Italy, April 17-22, 2016, as part of a International Study Group! You will visit the schools of Reggio Emilia, hear from its educators and researchers, meet Reggio-inspired educators from around the world and enjoy both the ancient part of the city itself as well as its modern and culinary treasures!
Participants will meet together with Professors Joanne Szamreta and Lisa Fiore for sharing, discussion and reflections twice over the course of the study tour. We will all stay in the same hotel (arrangements are currently being made) where we will enjoy breakfast each day. As part of the study tour, Reggio Children, Inc. will provide lunches during the school visits and meetings. Dinner will be on your own.
We anticipate that the cost of the hotel (breakfast included), the study tour school visits, lectures, exhibits and discussions will be approximately $2,600-$2,700. The cost of airfare as well as travel arrangements will be up to each individual. Participants most frequently fly into either Milan or Bologna and travel by train to Reggio Emilia.
As we determine more details of the trip, there will be more postings to the website so please check it frequently. We will be determining a deadline for deposits and specific costs very shortly.
