Lesley Fringe Benefits

Fringe benefits for college personnel working at least 17.5 hours per week should be calculated at 25 percent of salary costs. Wages for students, adjunct faculty and faculty teaching overload should include a FICA-only calculation of 7.65 percent in the benefits line. Fringe benefits are generally not budgeted for consultants.
