Grant Information

Lesley University supports faculty in seeking external funding for their research and outreach projects. Recognizing that the faculty conducts research and initiates projects in a variety of fields and disciplines across the University, the level of support for faculty grant proposals will vary. Projects that have the greatest impact on Lesley programs, students and faculty will receive priority consideration.

For all "sponsored research" (those that require Lesley resources) projects, the Grants Officer will provide faculty with:

• access to online resources so they may research potential funders independently
• advice on the development of grant proposals and budgets
• a template for grants and standard language describing the university
• a library of examples of successful grants
• periodic workshops on how to write successful proposals
• assistance at all stages of grant proposal development
