Complaint Resolution Procedure

The University believes employees and students are entitled to fair and non-discriminatory treatment, a fair and non-discriminatory place to work and study, and prompt consideration and resolution of any complaint. The University encourages effective communication to informally resolve complaints and supports a formal complaint resolution process as well.
