For Participation in Online Courses at Lesley University

This survey was designed to provide you with a general sense of your readiness to participate in online or computer-mediated education. We have provided a set of questions that address the following three areas:

• Disposition Readiness: your access to the time and supports in your schedule that will allow you to give an online course or progam the time it demands.
• Skills Readiness: your ability to use the technical capacities that you have.
