ARTWORK SOUGHT FOR PORTER EXCHANGE ART SERIES

A Lesley Arts Series is planned for the upcoming academic year, which will feature the work of students, faculty and staff from across the college. The first of four shows will open October 21, continuing through January 1997. The theme is "Diversity and Inclusion," and will be displayed in Porter Exchange.

Successive shows are scheduled to begin February 3, March 31, and June 5. The theme of the upcoming shows will vary, with the final one focused on a "Celebration of Lesley Alumni."

Anyone interested in entering art work for consideration for the October show can pick up the guidelines for submittal from Cathi McNary (349-8537) in the Office of Student Affairs, 37 Mellen Street. The deadline is for submittal is September 18. The Lesley Arts Planning Committee will announce their decisions regarding accepted artwork by September 25. The committee is also looking for new members to join in the planning, organizing and running of each subsequent show.
