New Book Says Parents Can Be Part Of The Equation When Helping Kids With Math

School is back in session, and if you're a parent trying to help your kid with their math, it can sometimes feel like Mr. Incredible getting frustrated over his son's homework.

This sentiment can leave many parents feeling discouraged. But a new book, "Adding Parents to the Equation: Understanding Your Child's Elementary School Math," has some ideas for how to make things easier.
