Shawn Quirk (MFA in Visual Arts Candidate) is the programming director of FLICKERS: Rhode Island Film Festival which was featured in the Boston Globe for its 2013 Oscar winning film and 3 Oscar nominated films along with this year's potential Oscar qualifying films. The festival runs August 5-10, 2014.
