Faculty Services are available to all Lesley University contracted and adjunct
faculty teaching on and off campus.

Borrowing
All contracted faculty are eligible to apply for borrowing privileges.
Please present your current Lesley University photo ID at the first floor
Circulation Desk in order to activate your library privileges. If you wish
to borrow videotapes and media equipment, apply for borrowing privileges
at the first floor circulation desk. Then bring your photo ID to the Kresge
Center Circulation Desk on the second floor of the library and request that
your ID be entered in the Media Reservations System.

Lesley University Copyright Policy
Ludcke Library conforms to the fair
use provisions of the Federal Copyright Act of 1976. The library staff
has
compiled a
packet
to guide
and to help
answer everyday questions about the use and reproduction of copyrighted
materials in print, media and electronic format. Please pick up the
information
packet at the circulation desk on the first floor or contact Linda
Roscoe, 617-349-8845, or Marie
Gannon, 617-349-8861.

Faculty may consult with the media
staff at the Kresge Center for assistance in scheduling media and equipment
for classroom and special events, and for consultation in planning and producing
media projects and presentations.
At AIB, contact the computer lab in 700 Beacon Street (617-585-6663) or
Candice Colman in 601 Newbury Street (617-585-6688).

regarding placing materials on Reserve (for class

The Ludcke Library staff offer tours, workshops, class presentations
and orientations upon request. Please contact the

Recommending Materials for the Collection
The library staff welcomes faculty suggestions for additions to the Ludcke
Library collections. Please follow these steps to recommend purchase of
materials:
- Check the FLO
Catalog to see if the library already owns the title.
- If the item is not listed in the catalog, please fill out the Recommendation
for Library Materials Purchase Form available at the circulation desk
on the first floor.
- Provide all requested information so that we may contact you about your
recommendation.
