Teaching Resources CenterThe Teaching Resources Center houses both the Teaching Resources Colleciton and the Children's Literature Collection. Teaching Resources CollectionThe Teaching Resources Collection consists primarily of K-12 instructional materials, including activity guides, textbooks, children's periodicals, media and other support materials which are intended for use in teaching and other professional placements. The collection contains materials that are classroom specific, contain a variety of worksheets and activities, or are intended for use by students in their placements. Print materials that are directed entirely to the teacher, such as curriculum guides or unit lesson plans, are usually found in the Library's Main collections. Reference support for this collection includes directories, encyclopedias, project indexes, media guides, Books In Print for textbooks and children's literature, and source books for curriculum materials. All titles are accessible to the public through the FLO online catalog. A TRC Research Guide is also available.
