Carroy U. Ferguson is Assistant Professor at the College of Public and Community Service, University of Massachusetts, Boston, Massachusetts. He is the author of the books Innovative Approaches to Education and Community Service: Models and Strategies for Change and Empowerment (1993), A New Perspective on Race and Color (1996), and Transitions in Consciousness from a Black Perspective (1996).
